There has been quite a bit of talk and more training opportunities for the skill of Neurolinguistic Programming, more commonly known as NLP. The name itself reveals the philosophy of Neurolinguistic Programming: our neurological system controls how our minds and bodies function, linguistics or language determines how we interact with people, and programming refers to our conditioning and behavior. NLP is based on the interplay between our mind, language and behavior.
The healing approach helps people manage and alter their conscious and subconscious actions as well as thoughts so they can manage their life better. NLP’s main focus is understanding how an individual thinks and reacts in various situations. Unlike several other healing approaches, NLP deals with the present rather than the past.

Dreams of Being Chased
Do you ever dream you are being chased by a dark, shadowy figure or an animal? Do these dreams leave you feeling restless and agitated? If yes, then it is possible your subconscious mind is telling you to acknowledge and deal with your insecurity, fears and/or lack of confidence.
Chase dreams are like a metaphor for running away from something. Adults who have recurring chase dreams generally have some hidden fears they are unwilling to acknowledge: it could be fear of failure, of a person or of an adverse circumstance. Chase dreams also occur when people feel threatened by someone or some situation in their life. The person/object/animal chasing them in the dream is a symbolic depiction of the threat in their waking lives.

Expanding the Skills of Employees
Whether you own a small business or a large firm, the need to embrace the notion of upgrading and improving your staff’s skills is critical to their loyalty and level of happiness in the workplace. Not only does providing on-site training to support your employees slake their thirst for knowledge, it also allows you to keep your business current regarding new trends and opportunities while increasing your business’s chances of staying ahead of the competition.
On-site training of your staff can be done by either yourself or someone within your organization who is already trained in the subject matter you are seeking to pass onto the rest of your team. There will come a time where you may need to hire a training provider to upgrade the skills of your employees when you feel the need and there is no one on staff skilled or trained to do so. Making the investment to hire an outside firm can be challenging, but after all your employees are your most important resource and the success of your business depends on their efficiency. This means you need to choose the best when it comes to hiring the right training provider for your business.

Diseases and Smoking
If you are planning to stub that cigarette butt for good and need some motivation, then this piece may be just what you need! Everyone knows smoking causes cancer, but that is not the only disease you open yourself up to when you light up those death sticks! Researchers have found that smoking in fact creates a fertile breeding ground in the body for several diseases, including those detailed below.
Cardiovascular Diseases
Nicotine increases the cholesterol deposits in the body, which in turn leads to the hardening of arteries. Hardened arteries can cause blood clots, and blood clots increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

Dreams: Flying and Personal Power
Dreams are usually specific to each individual encountering them. It is quite uncommon for two people to have an almost exact same dream, but it is also true that there are some common themes connecting different dreams that people have.
The fact that people from entirely different backgrounds and age groups can have dreams of a similar theme or nature seems to imply that we are perhaps not all that different from one another even if we are separated by continents and customs. Psychologists believe these similar dream themes serve to connect us as a human race. It means when the conscious mind stops working, we share the same concerns, hopes and fears.
