Your Needs Are Motivation
We all have needs and those needs, well need to be met. How we go

day started. Getting up and at 'em is already challenging when you are
comfy, cozy snuggled in your warm bed; now add into that if life is
throwing some serious challenges. What are telling yourself to get you
moving and jumping up?
This self talk is the largest piece of getting ourselves motivated to move and jump into action each morning. It is through your self talk that you can begin to identify which of your needs is not being met and which needs are.

scenario – one is from the perspective of management and the other is

Have you identified your specific scenario yet? Most of what we will be sharing in this article you will be able to apply to your specific situation.
