We all have needs and those needs, well need to be met. How we go
about meeting our needs is what will either motivate us to continue to
move forward in life or enable us to become paralyzed and feeling stuck.
In the introductory video I ask our visitors to think about what has
them "kicking off the sheets" morning and excited about getting their
day started. Getting up and at 'em is already challenging when you are
comfy, cozy snuggled in your warm bed; now add into that if life is
throwing some serious challenges. What are telling yourself to get you
moving and jumping up?
This self talk is the largest piece of getting ourselves motivated to
move and jump into action each morning. It is through your self talk
that you can begin to identify which of your needs is not being met and
which needs are.
So what are your needs? We know on a large part to Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs that there are five basic needs we have.
