Life Coaching - what makes Therapy in Transition different?

Embarking upon the profession of life coaching I realized there were a lot and I mean a lot of other individuals doing this. I had to question what was I going to be doing differently, what was my 'unique' approach going to be for individuals to choose to work with me over anyone else?

The answer was quite simple but it took me a while to come to the conclusion and with some help from my own Life Coach - Laura Rose.

Offering my clients a holistic approach to embracing change. I personally and truly believe for an individual to embrace change they need to embody it as well. I am able to support my clients by having them not just 'chat' through their challenges but to allow their bodies to 'chat' through the change with a combined Reiki and Craniosacral session. The Reiki allows for our 'spirit' bodies to come back into balance and the Craniosacral allows for our 'physical' bodies to come into balance. As well heal on all three levels - spirit, physical and emotional we as a whole being can embrace change much easier.

I found an article on CNN that I thought was really interesting on the rise of popularity of this profession. Even after reading the article and meeting many individuals in the 'coaching' industry I still am confident about my approach and what my unique elements offer.

Thanks for reading ... until next time embrace your inner wisdom.

Namaste,
Karen
