Have you been able to make the law of attraction work for you? Do you often wonder if you are doing something wrong? Are you unable to attract what you want in your life despite doing everything “right”? Think again, as you may just have fallen to one of the following common misconceptions.

Believing only positive thinking will get you the goods
The law of attraction is not just about thinking about all you want from life; rather, to invoke the law you have to believe with all your heart that you deserve the best and take small steps to work toward your goal. Positive thinking is a great principle by which to live, but following this principle to the exclusion of everything else can’t do you much good. The key: you need to be in action!

Perfection Problems


Deeply rooted beliefs and long-term conditioning cause perfection, which can result in perfectionists believing that achieving excellence is the only way to find happiness. Unfortunately, such a degree of perfectionism can often border on obsession despite its positive aspects.

Yet the biggest problem with perfection is that despite the positive aspects associated with it, like meticulousness and diligence, is that perfectionism is not something of which one should be proud. Even though earnestness and a commitment to being as perfect as possible can be good qualities, perfectionism can often cause you more harm than good.

Problems With Perfection

What’s Wrong With Perfectionism?

Perfectionism comes from deep-rooted beliefs and one’s conditioning. Perfectionists tend to believe that seeking perfection is the only way of achieving excellence, but what they forget is that while being meticulous may be a good thing, perfectionism often borders on obsession.

The biggest problem with perfectionism, however, is that most people don’t realize that perfectionism is not something to be proud of! Earnestness and diligence are good qualities, but perfectionism can do you more harm than good!
