A Look into Business Psychologists


Choosing the right career path is becoming a bigger than life challenge–not only for those in the midst of completing their education, but also for those who are seeking a greater challenge in life or who have the desire to switch careers. Nevertheless, there are jobs that are still quite in demand, and there are many articles and blogs dedicated to highlighting the most sought-after careers as well as the ones that are the fastest growing.

One such career choice that has little focus is business psychology. Not everyone has heard of this, nor do they have any idea what a business psychologist does. Essentially, a business psychologist focuses on maximizing the primary asset of a company: its people. This is achieved by recognizing the impact behavioral issues have on the bottom line of any enterprise and creating the most synergistic balance through education, information and teamwork.

Doctor Brian Weiss



Are our souls indeed immortal? Do we really live many lives? Is our life on earth a part of the journey of the soul toward absolution? Are the memories of our past lives really buried somewhere within the recesses of our subconscious mind? Can those cellular memories actually be the source of our current life problems?

Dr. Brian Weiss, a noted psychiatrist and the most well-known proponent of past life regression therapy, has been addressing these and several similar questions through his books and seminars. He has also treated and cured several of his patients using Past Life Regression Therapy.

His journey started when one his patients, Catherine, started recalling her past life memories during an age regression session. Predictably, his first reaction was skepticism; however, when Catherine started channeling messages from his dead son and told him things only he and his wife knew, Weiss couldn’t help but be intrigued. Protecting a Business Idea


You’ve got the next big business solution – congratulations! How do you know someone, even with the best of intention, doesn’t share it with another who decides to take it and run with it? Or you want to share the idea with a few friends to get their feedback on its value, potential or viability but still want to protect what you’ve created. These are a few questions we are often asked by clients because they want to know how to protect their ideas.

The best way and most secure way, of course, is to keep the idea to yourself. But seriously, it is a sincere recommendation since most often people talk about their ideas to brag, brainstorm, and make themselves feel as if they are adding to discussions—which in the end can hurt you and your potential business idea. And to be honest, these are not good or even great reasons to disclose information you want kept confidential. However, barring total secrecy, having a Confidentiality Agreement can help protect your ideas. But what if you don’t have a Confidentiality Agreement in place or want to put one into place?
