Nutrition to Support Better Sleep



If you are suffering from sleeping disorders or frequently find yourself counting sheep to attract the ever-elusive sleep, you must check your dinner menu. Yes, what you eat at night has a huge impact on your sleeping pattern. While some foods can induce relaxation, others can make you uncomfortable or too alert to be able to get a good night’s rest.

Spicy meals may sound mouth watering—and indeed they are if you’ve got the taste for them—but having a spicy or heavy dinner is not a good idea, as it is likely to give you heartburn and consequently no or extremely disturbed sleep.
