Do you find yourself stuck in a vicious cycle of debt and spending? Do you start the month with paying your debts and end up living off your credit card as the month’s end approaches? Is the word “savings” nothing but a wistful dream for you? If yes, then you need to stop using your credit card right away!
Sound extreme? Absolutely! Sound overwhelming? Correct again!
Cutting yourself off from using your credit card in one fell swoop may be difficult for some to embrace, but the root of the difficulty may not actually be the credit card itself but rather what the credit card represents for you. If you are dependent on a credit card, then take a look in other areas of your life wherein you are dependent upon someone else that perhaps isn’t a healthy dependency…

Social Bookmarking
It is a well-known fact in the virtual world that social bookmarking sites can help increase your website ranking and traffic phenomenally! However, one fact about which a lot of website owners are unaware is that manual submission can really work wonders for your website, while the strategy of using software to
automatically submit your website to social bookmarking sites can potentially backfire!
Over the last year while I was diving into the creation and finally the launch of the new Therapy in Transition website, I have also been learning about what it takes to get your website higher on the search results and rankings. I learned the option of using software or hiring websites to submit my website to dozens of social bookmarking sites can be extremely convenient, but these choices come with a few disadvantages.

Animals and Dreams
As a third segment in our dream blogs sequence, we want to focus on animals and how they impact our dreams as well as their possible interpretations. Animals play a large role in our lives. Whether they are pets or visit us from the wild, seeing animals in our dreams is nothing unusual; in fact, almost all of us have animal dreams at some point or the other. While some dreams focus on a single animal, there are others in which animals make a sort of “guest appearance.” Regardless of which animals appear in our dreams, they carry messages. To decode the message you need to remember the animal you saw, what it was doing in your dream and the context of its appearance.
The Animal
Animals in our dreams are actually symbols of the characteristics we associate with them. For instance, the fox generally stands for cunning and stealth, lions for ferocity and bravery, dogs for loyalty and faithfulness, etc.

Finding Your Way: Spiritual Enlightenment
How does one attain spiritual enlightenment? By reading holy scriptures and books? By serving his/her fellow humans? By renouncing all things material and adopting a Spartan way of life? By seeking knowledge and wisdom? There are perhaps no right answers. After all, spiritual enlightenment is an intriguing concept, and it’s hard to understand it with a simple this or that answer.
Before being able to comprehend the concept or possibility of spiritual enlightenment, we first need to understand the concept of the spirit. The spirit is our soul; it’s eternal and lives on even after we cease to exist in the physical world. The spirit’s journey is far longer and more complex than the age-restrained, relatively simpler journey of our bodies. The spirit moves on to the next plane of existence after it has learned its lessons in the physical world, and the ultimate goal of the spirit are what we know as absolution.

More Cancer Centers and Doctors Encouraging the Use of Reiki
I wanted to share with you an article forwarded to me from Mesothelioma.com and written by Jack Bleeker in April 2010. When I read it I realized it was definitely a wonderful article to share with all of you. We’ve all been affected by cancer either directly or indirectly, whether it’s knowing someone who found the courage of embracing the lessons within the experience and continuing to live out their soul’s purpose or if it is someone who was courageous, learned and moved into the next experience in the angelic realm. No matter what the final outcome is when someone is learning the meaning of this disease, they are courageous for requesting this learning experience in the first place.

The Dreaded “Falling” Dreams
Do you have dreams where you see yourself falling off a cliff or building? Are you often awakened by a sudden sensation of falling, only to realize you are comfortably snuggled in your bed? Do you have falling dreams? These types of dreams can have us breaking out in a cold sweat very quickly—and then there is the old wives tale that if you actually hit the bottom of your fall you can die. The myth is enough to make our hearts stop. But what does it all mean?
As with all dream interpretations, their meanings are different for every person who experiences them. The symbols will have one interpretation one night and a very different interpretation the very next. But why? The interpretation of dreams can be generalized, which our past dream interpretation blogs have provided. The specific interpretation depends on the other symbols or underlying theme of the dream. So getting back to our “falling” interpretation, in general when we experience these types of falling dreams it can represent a feeling of insecurity, anxiousness or being overwhelmed with some situations in your waking life.

Healthy Meals in a Jiffy
Quick fixes, instantly ready, right-now attitudes are everywhere. And it is because our society has moved to this type of perspective that our eating habits have fallen to unhealthy, riddled with saturated fat and high sodium intake. Trying to eat healthy can be overwhelming for people who work full time, have children and are trying to cram 30 hours of to-dos into a 24 hour day. Beginning to sound familiar?
Eating healthy doesn’t necessarily mean you have to slave for hours in the kitchen. If that were the case, then most people wouldn’t be able to eat a healthy meal. The key to healthy eating is smart cooking and shopping. One of the fastest growing sub-industries is Health Coaching—and for good reason! If you want to provide your body nutritious and healthy fuel to bring your health back into balance or improve the health of your loved ones, here are a few tips you may find useful.

Got Bad Breath?
Bad breath may not be a serious health problem, but it definitely is a very embarrassing one! To bid good riddance to it, however, it is important to understand its causes. The following are some of the most common causes.
Food particles remaining stuck in or around your teeth often cause bad breath. While it may not be possible for you to brush your teeth after lunch and breakfast, rinsing your mouth with water after every meal is a good alternative, as is chewing sugar-free gum for five minutes. Needless, to say you must brush your teeth at least twice in a day.
Certain foods like raw onions and garlic also cause bad breath. Since these foods have excellent nutritive value, avoiding them completely is not advisable. You can, however, chew one or two pieces of clove or some fennel seeds after your meal to mask the smell of these foods.

Triggers for Reactive Depression
Some of the most recent television commercials touting anti-depressant medications ask the question, “Who does depression hurt?” Viewers can draw their own conclusions, but in reality—and in the commercials—they accurately provide the answer: Everyone.
There are many types of depression with which an individual can be diagnosed, and one particular type is reactive depression. As the name suggests, reactive depression is a psychological situation that is the result of a traumatic or painful event in a person’s life. The event could be anything from an accident to work stress, marital problems, loss of a job, chronic illness, death of a loved one, financial troubles, etc.

Jack Canfield’s Healing Recipe
One of my favorite gifts I received is a book from my best girl friend in August 1997. I was leaving Vancouver, British Columbia, to move to California. She gave me the book Chicken Soup for the Woman’s Soul … 101 Stories to Open the Hearts and Rekindle the Spirits of Women.
I was hooked on Jack Canfield’s approach to sharing inspiration and wisdom with the world. You ask just about anyone, “When you hear about or think of Jack Canfield, what comes to mind?”, the famous Chicken Soup series almost always comes to mind. Most of us have read Chicken Soup books at some point in time to soothe our souls. The heartwarming stories collected from around the world have made us feel we are not alone in our sorrow and have helped us smile despite the odds at others’ triumphs over adversity and fate. The Chicken Soup series is, however, just one of the ways in which Jack Canfield has attempted to make a difference.

The Power of Gratitude
Gratitude is a very powerful emotion, and feeling thankful for our blessings and appreciating all that’s good in our life helps us feel content and fulfilled. Gratitude, in fact, is also essential to make the law of attraction work.
When we feel grateful for something, we focus on calming and positive thoughts to create a field of positive energy around us. The law of attraction very simply states that like attracts like, which means when we focus on positive thoughts we attract positive things into our life. When stand in a place of gratitude, we are standing in positivity.
