
Part of my practice includes the use of supportive elements such as Flower Essences. My personal preference is Perelandra flower essences, but that doesn’t mean one of the leaders in the industry, Bach, is no less effective or valuable to the user. It is because of this I wanted to share with you some information regarding Bach Flower Essences specifically. Each of us is unique and therefore needs to know that what works for one may or may not work for another. We each have the power of choice, and I’d like to empower you to choose which flower essence supplier is best for you.
Due to the popularity of Bach, Flower Essence Therapy is commonly known or referred to as Bach Flower Therapy (after its founder Dr. Edward Bach). The therapy involves the use of essences of 38 healing herbs to treat physical and mental ailments.
According to flower essence therapy philosophy, physical and mental illnesses are the result of energy imbalances in our body. These imbalances could be the result of trauma or emotional hurt, disassociation from our life purpose, emotional disconnect, etc.
