Understanding Spirituality
People approach and define the term spirituality very differently depending on their background and beliefs. For instance, for many people the word has a distinct religious connotation, while for others it may express something apart from or beyond the bounds of religion. From my perspective, experience, and research, I’ve found that spirituality lies somewhere between religious concepts and humanity’s innate spirit.
